3. Community Guidelines
3.1 Spirit
Zobzen School is a community of practitioners. We come together to explore practice directly — through listening, seeing, sensing, and being with what is here. It is not a religious community, but a place of shared practice and discovery in everyday life.
3.2 Be Honest and Listen
Speak honestly. Listen with respect.
3.3 Speak Without Attacking
No harassment, threats, or harmful language.
3.4 No Explicit Material
Do not share inappropriate content.
3.5 Confidentiality
Treat what is shared with care.
Do not share others’ contributions without permission.
Pair work and private messages are strictly confidential.
3.6 Personal Responsibility and Support
Take responsibility for your own practice and how you engage with it.
Work at a pace that is right for you. If something feels too much, step back, adjust, or pause.
If you are struggling, you are welcome to speak to a guide or moderator.
At the same time, this community is not a place for professional care. Please seek appropriate support outside the School where needed.
3.7 Boundaries
Respect others’ space and autonomy.
3.8 Practice Sessions
Follow session guidance and adjust or stop if needed.
3.9 Moderation
We may remove content or access to protect the community.
4. Disclaimer
