The Zobzen School
Group
Courses
Guided Zen practice in a shared space — structure, support, and collective discovery.
At the Zobzen School, our online group courses teach Zen practice in a group setting. Each course begins with a guided lesson, setting the foundation for daily exploration. Students are then invited into a practice period.
The group comes together to share insights, questions, and experiences daily within our messaging platform — creating a sense of connection and collective discovery. A Zen Guide is available to support the student one-to-one whenever needed, and the Core Zen teacher is on hand to answer questions.
These courses blend the personal and the communal, offering structure, support, and a space where shared practice amplifies the profound simplicity of Zen.
